FNF Vs. Whitty is a mod for Friday Night Funkin' that challenges players to a rap battle against Whitmore, also known as Whitty, a man with a bomb head. The story behind the mod takes place in a dark alley where Whitty is upset about an article written about him in the local newspaper. He is then challenged to a rap battle by the player character, and reluctantly accepts.
Players will have to keep up with Whitty's rhythm on three new songs: Lo Fight, Overhead, and Ballistic. The last song is especially challenging as Whitty transforms into his ballistic mode, making the battle even more difficult.
In the Vs. Whitty Definitive Edition update, the mod is completed with a new week in which Boyfriend faces off against Julian T. Whitmore, the human version of Whitty, on a city street corner. The new week features an unreleased song called Underground, as well as two other songs in the freeplay menu: Low Rise (a remix of Lo Fight) and Hungry, in which Whitmore is angry with Boyfriend for being a waiter in a fast food restaurant.
As a bonus, players can play two unreleased remixes of Ballistic and another remix of Underground. Additionally, an ultimate surprise awaits players in the form of a secret song that must be discovered. Figuring out how to get to this secret song adds an extra challenge to the mod.
FNF Vs. Whitty is a challenging and exciting mod for fans of Friday Night Funkin'. The unique character design of Whitty and the new songs added in the Definitive Edition update make for an engaging and entertaining rhythm game experience.
